Holding Deposit 

A holding deposit of £150 is required to reserve an apartment after it has been viewed.

Please Note: This will be withheld if any applicant (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).

Security Deposit

One months rent.

Agreed Rent

Payable in advance.

Early Termination Request From Tenant

A charge no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.

Utilities, Communications Services, Council Tax, TV Licence

As per the agreement with the service provider.

Default Charge For Late Rent Payment

Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from Rent Due Date until paid in order to pursue non-payment of rent.

Please Note: This will not be levied until the rent is more than 14 days in arrears.

Default Charge For Replacement Of Lost Key Or Security Device

Actual cost of replacement/lock smith, plus £15.00 per hour incurred for time taken by Agent/Landlord.

Recovery Of Damages For Any Other Breach Of Contract, Including damaged Or Removed Items

A charge not exceeding the financial loss to the landlord.
