Auxesia were the first provider in the UK to prioritise affordable homes for former, and current British Armed Forces, NHS and Emergency Services staff.

Auxesia provide up to 250 new build affordable homes every year, while we assist with their growing portfolio, as they expand their reach across the UK. As a rapidly expanding business, Auxesia chose to work with us and the guaranteed institutional grade management that we provide. 

While Auxesia is focussing on growing their business and broadening their new customer base, Touchstone is able to take care of the property management of their mixed tenure schemes. Our experienced, external management is key to ensuring a consistent approach for all clients, where we use the latest technology and expertise to ensure that their customers enjoy a smooth experience and a professional approach to renting.
