We’re Employer of the Year!
Touchstone has been crowned ‘Employer of the Year’ at the prestigious Property Week Management All Stars Awards.
The judges were impressed by our Brilliant Place to Work (BP2W) project and the number of initiatives we have successfully introduced in the short time BP2W has been running.
Over the last 18 months we have transformed as an employer, listening to colleague feedback and putting it into action. This has included training 24 mental health first aiders, relaxing our dress code and ensuring we have fresh fruit and plants in all our offices. For a better work life balance, we’ve also introduced flexible working and improved family leave policies. Plus, there is always chocolate…Easter eggs and Advent calendars for everyone!
As a result, over 90% of colleagues would now recommend us a brilliant place to work and 99% of colleagues who’ve been with us over the past year have seen an improvement. We are delighted that the judges recognised all our hard work and how far we’ve come.
