Touchstone partners with the UKAA
Touchstone has become a Premium Supporter of the UKAA.
With 30 years of experience, we operate across the Build to Rent (BTR) and Private Rented Sector (PRS), working with some of the UK’s biggest landlords. Recently we’ve expanded our BTR consultancy, with current projects in England, Scotland and in the Republic of Ireland.
With 20,000 units under management, our experience covers both apartments and houses. We’re now working to expand the ethos of BTR into other purpose-built rental portfolios for long term hold, providing services that have not traditionally been offered to the sector.
