Touchstone appoints Steve Glew as Operations Director
Steve Glew has been appointed Operations Director at Touchstone. He joins our senior leadership team as our business continues to grow.
During the last year we collected over £200 million in rent for our clients, managing homes in every single UK postcode.
With over a decade’s experience in housing, Steve joins us from Hello Student Management Ltd, part of Empiric Student Property. There he was responsible for a diverse portfolio of 49 sites across 15 cities in the UK.
Steve will have responsibility for all our Private Rental Sector (PRS) portfolios. Highly experienced in customer service, Steve will focus on ensuring all Touchstone customers receive an outstanding experience of renting, and will work closely with colleagues to ensure outstanding levels of client satisfaction are maintained. With a background in mobilisation of new developments from planning stage, through to operational delivery, Steve will also support our work in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector.
Steve replaces Ben Beadle who is leaving the business to become CEO of the National Residential Landlords Association.
