Rebrand for Touchstone’s Letting Agent service

Agent Solutions offers agents cost saving and specialist support

Rebrand for Touchstone’s Letting Agent service

We’ve rebranded our letting agent service as Touchstone Agent Solutions.

Having provided specialist support services to letting agents for the past 15 years, the rebrand provides a new, fresh identity, while continuing to offer agents ways to save money.

Along with compliance, administration, client accounting and credit control, services for agents also include an experienced and professional white labelled provision, designed to ensure an agent’s brand is protected at all times.

The Touchstone Agent Solutions team has an established track record of enabling lettings businesses to grow, allowing agents to concentrate on winning new business, while reducing their fixed costs. Additionally, the pay-as-you-go pricing means agents only pay for the services they need.

Working with Agent Solutions reduces or removes:

· Unnecessary infrastructure

· Staffing and recruitment responsibilities

· The headache of holiday and sickness cover

· Staff training and compliance requirements

As the PRS expands, and the number of regulations, laws and requirements increase, Touchstone Agent Solutions also ensures best practice and compliance for its clients, with the benefit of ARLA propertymark, RICS, SAFEagent and Client Money Protection.

Matthew Duckett of Touchstone Agent Solutions said:

“The PRS is growing at an incredible pace and we want to support letting agents through these changing times. It was time for a new fresh look for our service and to remind agents of the variety of solutions we offer to support their business.

“We’re experts at what we do, and we’ve been in business long enough to understand the challenges agents face. We can help. You generate the business, we’ll do the rest.”
