Auxesia Homes march to appoint Touchstone
We're delighted to have been chosen by Auxesia Homes to manage their entire mixed tenure portfolio.
Auxesia, who offer affordable shared ownership, rental and rent to buy across the North West, were the first provider in the UK to prioritise affordable homes for former and current British Armed Forces, NHS and Emergency Services staff.
We will provide property management services for Auxesia Homes’ portfolio of 89 houses, supporting their commitment to offering high quality, affordable homes to these priority groups.
Alongside day-to-day property management, we will use the latest technology and our expertise to ensure residents enjoy a smooth experience of renting. We will also assist Auxesia with their growing portfolio, as they expand their reach across the UK.
